The Finish School is an ambitious project. The name reminds you of the schools in Switzerland where girls were turned into ladies but in the modern context it is a school that tries to impart employability skills. A NASSCOM
study has concluded that only twenty five percent of engineering students are employable. Some lack communication skills, others lack technical skills. There is very little exposire to the industrial context. The Finish School has been created to bridge the gap between industry and academia.
Students have taken active interest in the finish school and we have some very bright sparks associated with it. Lets get more people in.
