i think ways of ragging is a ways to provide boldness and freeness to those who do work under pressure of some one.
i think it provide a boldness and way to express their views equally as by otherss because lot comes from different society who never raised voice to anything.i think it made him to raise voice for their own rights ans justice in fututre world which they going to face
what they do in real world to whom,whom and whom going to complain and again for their torture in company,theoritical it is easy to name commission but practically i think all know well than me.
to whom they complain about those files given by boss to complete on time as sesionals by seniors.
